Custom High-Channel Junction Boxes
Dense BNC routing for N-channel vibration, acoustic and modal test setups.
TIERA builds custom high-channel junction boxes for large sensor arrays, from standard channel counts to N-channel routing chassis for aircraft structures, acoustic studies, modal testing and structural health monitoring.
- •Custom N-channel BNC junction-box configurations
- •80-channel example shown for large-array vibration testing
- •Zone-based channel grouping for organized routing
- •Lockable powder-coated chassis with cable glands
- •Clear channel map for accelerometer and microphone arrays
- •Delivery test report for THD, noise floor and frequency response
- •Designed for aircraft structure, modal, acoustic and SHM setups
Clean front-panel routing
Numbered BNC channels keep custom high-channel sensor layouts readable during setup, teardown and repeat tests.
Wired experimental setup
Long cable runs stay organized when accelerometers, microphones and DAQ channels are distributed across a structure.
Zone-based channel grouping
Grouped channels make it easier to map sensor zones to DAQ inputs for aircraft, acoustic and SHM workflows.
Choose by channel count and sensor map.
Start with the number of accelerometers or microphones, then group the channels by structure zone, DAQ input and cable-access direction.
Channel count
64, 80 or custom N-channel BNC routing
Zone map
Group sensors by structure, fixture or test area
DAQ handoff
Keep numbering consistent from sensor to report
Built for high-channel experiments
The junction-box family is designed for test teams handling many accelerometers or microphones at once. TIERA can configure the channel count around the project requirement, including 64-channel, 80-channel and other N-channel layouts. The front panel keeps BNC channels visible and numbered, while the chassis and cable management help protect long cable runs during repeated experimental setups.
Typical deployments include aircraft-structure vibration testing, large fixture modal analysis, acoustic material testing and structural health monitoring where a clean channel map is as important as the measurement hardware.
Typical applications
- Aircraft structure vibration and modal tests
- Custom N-channel accelerometer routing for large fixtures
- Acoustic and microphone-array measurement chains
- Structural health monitoring laboratory setups
- Repeatable channel mapping between sensors, junction box and DAQ
