Zone-based channel grouping

Grouped channels make it easier to map sensor zones to DAQ inputs for aircraft, acoustic and SHM workflows.

Routing path

Choose by channel count and sensor map.

Start with the number of accelerometers or microphones, then group the channels by structure zone, DAQ input and cable-access direction.

Built for high-channel experiments

The junction-box family is designed for test teams handling many accelerometers or microphones at once. TIERA can configure the channel count around the project requirement, including 64-channel, 80-channel and other N-channel layouts. The front panel keeps BNC channels visible and numbered, while the chassis and cable management help protect long cable runs during repeated experimental setups.

Typical deployments include aircraft-structure vibration testing, large fixture modal analysis, acoustic material testing and structural health monitoring where a clean channel map is as important as the measurement hardware.

Typical applications

  • Aircraft structure vibration and modal tests
  • Custom N-channel accelerometer routing for large fixtures
  • Acoustic and microphone-array measurement chains
  • Structural health monitoring laboratory setups
  • Repeatable channel mapping between sensors, junction box and DAQ
