The JB24T panel carries channels 01–24 across three rows of eight, on the same screw-fixed, flat top panel as every smaller studio-rendered T-series model. Construction is unchanged from JB04T through JB24T: powder-coated black steel, a screw-fixed cover, rubber bench feet, no hinge or lock.
JB24T is the practical ceiling for a single flat, ungrouped panel in this family. Above 24 channels, a panel wide enough to need scanning left-to-right across three or more rows starts to justify grouping channels by structure zone or DAQ card — which is where the chassis-configured build becomes an option, starting at JB48T.
Electrical specification
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Flatness | ±0.1 dB, 10 Hz – 20 kHz |
| Contact resistance | ≤ 5 mΩ |
| Insulation resistance | ≥ 1000 MΩ |
| Connector | BNC, female-to-female, panel-mount bulkhead |
This is a passive assembly with no active device in the signal path. THD and noise-floor figures (≤ 0.001% / ≤ −120 dBV, reported on request) are null-result measurements confirming the assembly adds no detectable distortion or noise above a calibrated analyser’s own floor — not a spec the box “achieves” the way an active instrument would.
Typical applications
- Larger modal test grids and multi-zone microphone arrays
- Full-fixture accelerometer sets before a project needs the chassis build
- Structural health monitoring installations with a moderate point count
