Vibration analysis training has a practical problem: a real test rig with controlled faults takes floor space, capital, and a technician to operate safely. To-Learn Vibe removes that constraint. The software simulates a virtual rotating machine at user-configurable speed and load. The trainee selects a measurement point, acquires a simulated waveform, reads the spectrum, and must identify which fault — or combination of faults — is present before the software reveals the answer.
Fault categories cover the ISO 18436-2 syllabus: unbalance (1× dominant), misalignment (2× and axial components), rolling-element bearing defects (BPFI, BPFO, BSF, FTF), mechanical looseness (sub-harmonics and harmonic series), and resonance. The PRO licence adds an instructor mode where a trainer assigns specific scenario sets to a student group, locks the answer reveal until a deadline, and exports a per-student progress report — useful for TCAT course delivery or corporate onboarding programmes.
For learners who also have access to a TMFSS fault signature simulator, To-Learn Vibe serves as the pre-session preparation tool: trainees build pattern recognition on screen before they handle real hardware, reducing confusion and improving retention during practical sessions.
