Silicon Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor (static pressure available)

YMC 621P series silicon piezoresistive pressure sensors are assembled with a high-performance, highly reliable silicone piezoresistive oil-filled core. The pressure interface and shell are stainless steel and the laser-welded seal gives good corrosion resistance. The sensor is temperature compensated over a wide temperature range to hold its technical specification, and is widely used in demanding pressure measurement applications. Unlike a piezoelectric pressure sensor, it measures static pressure.
