The YMC Impact Hammer Calibration Device consists of a standard impact accelerometer, a pendulum, a pendulum clamping and releasing mechanism, a standard mass block, a mass block suspension mechanism, a dynamic data collector and testing software. Through the collision between the pendulum and the standard mass block, the outputs of the reference accelerometer and the force sensor are tested, and the conversion of acceleration and force is realised through F = MA to calibrate dynamic force sensor sensitivity, linearity and other indexes. Adjusting the fall height of the pendulum gives different ranges of calibration and linearity testing.
