Industrial fault simulators live on a shop floor. They are too large — and too expensive — to sit on a classroom bench. The TIERA Training Kits give a TCAT instructor (or an in-house plant trainer) the same fault signatures in a desktop form factor, so the analyst-in-training can capture, analyse, and report on real misalignment, bearing, and balancing data without leaving the room.
Features
- Bearing-fault demonstrator with three pre-faulted housings (outer, inner, cage)
- Single-plane / two-plane balancing rig
- Cantilever-beam modal kit with calibrated impact hammer
- Pairs with PhonoVibe Eco X for a full bench-to-spectrum signal chain
- Syllabus mapping to ISO 18436-2 Cat I and Cat II lessons

The engineering behind this product
Why this measurement is made, how it goes wrong, and what the numbers mean — written by the people who build the instrument.
Training programmesBuilding a Vibration Training Lab: What to Buy First, and What Nobody UsesThe equipment that makes a vibration course work is not the equipment that photographs well. A fault simulator earns its cost in the first cohort; a second analyser and a wall of sensors usually do not. Here is the order we would buy in, and the honest reason for each step.8 min read · Read →
